Confirmation of the length of your stay - arrival and departure - can have several names:
- Confirmation of stay
- After the mobility
- Confirmation of the duration of Erasmus
- Duration certificate
- Attendance certificate
- Declaration of stay
- Confirmation of Erasmus study abroad
and other...
It is always a document including the same information - the student's name, the start date of the Erasmus stay, and the end date of the Erasmus stay. To confirm the length of your stay, you can use any document that contains this information - most often either a document from your receiving university abroad or - and we recommend this - a CZU form (see below).
The CZU form is divided into two parts - arrival and departure. We recommend signing the arrival part immediately after arrival (see this information), but it is also possible to sign it shortly before departure. The departure part is always signed very close to your departure.
The confirmation of stay (no matter what it is called) must always be kept in the original. The original is either a paper document with an original signature or an electronic pdf document with an eIDAS electronic signature. Unfortunately, a scan of the document is not acceptable. This is not a requirement of CZU - it is an official regulation from the Czech National Agency for Erasmus.
